OrmoComp® photoresin
This hybrid photoresin offers high transparency for 3D microfabrication based on Two-Photon Polymerization. Widely used in research and industry, it’s readily available through our trusted partner, micro resist technology.
High-precision resin
with proven microfabrication performance
OrmoComp® is a hybrid polymer combining organic and inorganic components, which is suitable for high-resolution 3D structuring by Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP). It delivers excellent mechanical and thermal stability, low shrinkage, and comes in a ready-to-use formulation. OrmoComp® is an established material for rapid prototyping of micro-optics.
After curing, it becomes rigid, chemically resistant, and transparent. Extensively investigated in research and used in industry, this resin is commercially available from our partner, micro resist technology.
Made for high-precision 2.5D micro-optics
OrmoComp® is widely used in optics manufacturing due to its high transmission and low shrinkage. It supports the fabrication of freeform optical elements with excellent surface quality and dimensional stability. From microlens arrays to advanced photonic structures, OrmoComp® delivers the precision and reliability required for high-performance optics manufacturing through Two-Photon Polymerization.
