"The five key photoresins are already used in a wide range of applications and markets. Our investment in expanded manufacturing capacity supports industrial-grade material quality while maintaining material properties and established customer workflows. This benefits customers from both academia and industry," said Dr. Alexander Quick, Head of Materials at Nanoscribe.
Optional Certificates of Analysis for selected materials
For customers requiring batch-specific traceability, Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for the selected resins. The measurements behind each certificate are performed by an independent external service provider. Each certificate reports the measured material data for the respective batch and documents compliance with the specified standards. The certificate serves as an additional record for companies requiring batch-specific documentation, for example in purchasing, incoming inspection or internal quality management.
"As more customers move 2PP-based microfabrication into production, access to batch-specific material records becomes increasingly relevant. Our Certificates of Analysis, based on independent, external measurements, provide reliable documentation where it is needed," said Dr. Jan Szabados, Product Manager at Nanoscribe.
Availability
The enhanced manufacturing processes have now been implemented for IP-Dip2, IP-S, IPX-Q, IPX-S and IPX-Clear photoresins. These industrial-grade photoresins are available with batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (CoA) upon request. Customers interested in these materials, with or without a certificate, can contact their Nanoscribe sales representative or reach out via sales@nanoscribe.com for quotations or further information.
