An online remote support session can only be started with a one-time session number. If you haven’t received one for this session yet, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The remote support software will allow for the Nanoscribe engineer to control the computer during the session. Text chat and file exchange can be used. If necessary, additional software (Microsoft Teams) can be used for an audio and video communication. Your support engineer will help you with that during the session. It is not necessary to change any network or firewall settings.
To start a remote session with TeamViewer,
- as a device admin/user you should install the TeamViewer Full Version in your system computer if it’s not yet done before.
- start TeamViewer and share your TeamViewer ID and password to the Nanoscribe engineer right before the remote session.
- Now our engineer can start the remote support session.
