The Quantum X align is the fastest high-resolution 3D printer for optics manufacturing. Powered by the cutting-edge technology of 3D printing by 2GL®, Quantum X align is producing freeform microoptics with exceptional shape accuracy and surface quality. By using Aligned 2-Photon Lithography A2PL®, Quantum X align automatically detects fiducials on chip surfaces and on chip edges, fiber cores and their spatial orientations.
Our Quantum X is a maskless lithography system and the ideal 2.5D printing tool for rapid prototyping, patterning and mastering. 2.5D topographies can be produced in batch processing or fabricated as master templates for various high-volume replication processes. Quantum X thus enables the mass production of freeform microoptics, microlens arrays, or diffractive optical elements with unsurpassed precision and accuracy.
